My thought is that even 'understanding' will become less of a moat once canonical representations of things like organizational structure, policies, priorities, business goals can be achieved. And I think that is only a matter of time. At that point, the moat will be execution - diligence and being inertia-free, taste/judgement, ethics/values and such things.
